What happens after the 14 days?

Nothing is charged automatically: no card is asked for the trial. To keep going, a parent chooses a subscription; otherwise the app pauses, and all your data is kept.

Do my kids need their own phone?

No. Each child has their own username and can use a shared tablet or computer. Once they log out, that device stops getting their notifications.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in the browser, and Famipal installs on the home screen like an app. On iPhone, notifications need that installation.

Can you buy Pals or eggs?

No. Eggs are only earned by doing tasks. Nothing in the app costs money beyond the subscription.

Where is our data stored?

In Switzerland, with the hosting provider Infomaniak. Famipal shows no advertising.

What age is it for?

As soon as your child can read a short list. Younger ones can follow along with a parent.
